Overview

UDOIT is a course-level accessibility checker, built to help you create more inclusive and usable course experiences for students. Duke provides the UDOIT Advantage tool by Cidi Labs at no cost to all faculty and staff at Duke – allowing for automatic remediation and alternative file format generation.

How to Use

You can use the Accessibility UDOIT tool from the left-hand Canvas navigation in your course. If Accessibility UDOIT has not already been enabled in your course, you can add it by choosing Settings and selecting the Navigation tab. Next to Accessibility UDOIT, choose the triple dot ⋮ and select + Enable. Then, select Save to confirm.

Accessibility UDOIT is not visible to students.

Duke has signed a Security and Privacy Agreement with UDOIT Advantage developer Cidi Labs.
